Moose Lake Lodge - Angler Adventures

Moose Lake is located 300 miles north of Vancouver, near Tweedsmuir Park, in the wilderness of the Upper Blackwater, Upper Dean, and Entiako watersheds of British Columbia. This location is ideal, not just for the excellent rainbow fishing in Moose Lake, but also for the fly-outs to the superb
rivers and streams for rainbows, cutthroat, steelhead, and salmon. We know the best times to fish each water for the different species - we put our anglers in the best spots.

The lodge features a spacious dining room with large picture windows and a spectacular view of Moose Lake framed by distant mountain ranges. We have eight hand-hewn log cabins, complete with bathrooms, showers and propane heat. Each cabin sleeps two to four guests.

Moose Lake Lodge Package - Includes round trip airfare from Vancouver, accommodation, introduction to fly-fishing, meals, boat, motor, with fishing at Moose Lake and Trophy Lake (a short hike from Moose Lake).

Above rates are per person and based on double occupancy accommodations. For single occupancy, add 25%.

The above is non-guided; guides are an additional $200 per day.

Optional at extra cost - Fly-out trips, guided or non-guided, two floatplanes are at your service at all times.

Fly-out costs range from $370 to $935 per person, depending on distance flown, and if guided or not. Fishing licenses, $40 to $300 depending on waters fished. Complimentary wine is served with dinner; beer and liquor are available at extra cost.

Combination trip prices - You can plan your trip by picking the number of days you wish to stay from the lodge package prices listed, then add on the activities and prices listed to complete the combination you desire. Prices are per person in US funds.

                  Non-guided fly outs to rivers for rainbows: $370
                  Guided fly outs for rainbows: $460
                  Guided fly outs for cutthroat: $690
                  Guided fly outs for salmon: $935
                  Out post cabin: 3 days is $1,400; $120 for each additional day after 3.
                  One day guided float trip for rainbows: $535
                  Helicopter fly outs for salmon (based on minimum group of three): $1,200

Dean River Lodge Package - Our Dean River package is set up to accommodate six anglers at a time using 2 guides with a jet boat. We provide seven day trips for the hard core steelheader, or a combination package that includes three days steelheading on the Dean, with three days of guided fly-outs from Moose Lake for fast-paced dry fly for rainbows on the rivers, and one day fishing Moose Lake for rainbows.

Payment - A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, payable in cash or cheque. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations if we are able to fill the vacancy, or if the customer rebooks for the same year. All prices are in US funds, and are subject to 3.5% GST and 5 to 10% gratuities.
